1. Terms of Service:

Services: X9Elysium will provide IT consulting services as described in the signed agreement or service order. The services will be delivered professionally, on time, and within the agreed budget.
Fees and Payment: Fees for our services will be set out in our service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt, and late payments may result in suspension of services.
Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the provision of services.
Confidentiality: X9Elysium agrees to keep all Client information confidential, only using it for the purpose of providing the services agreed upon.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the work product resulting from the services will be owned by the Client upon full payment of our fees.
Limitation of Liability: X9Elysium will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our services.
Governing Law: These terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where X9Elysium is located.
